A space to explore what is going on...
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You may have a clear idea of what you want to talk about, or you may just know that something does not feel right. Both are okay.
I offer counselling in Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Gerrards Cross, Chalfont St Peter, surrounding areas and online for adults who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally drained or stuck in patterns they do not fully understand. Therapy can give you the space to slow down, reflect on what is happening beneath the surface and begin to understand yourself more clearly.
You do not need to have everything worked out before you begin. Sessions offer a calm, confidential space where you can explore whatever feels important, at a pace that feels right for you.

My Approach
My approach is integrative, with person-centred therapy at the core. This means therapy is shaped around you, your experiences and your individual needs.
I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what may be most helpful, always working in a compassionate, reflective and non-judgemental way. I also work with an understanding of how past experiences, relationship patterns and emotional stress can continue to affect how we feel in the present.
Therapy can help you explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may have felt difficult to carry on your own, while offering greater understanding, self-awareness and support.
What to expect
I offer face-to-face counselling in Uxbridge and across the wider Hillingdon, Chalfont St Peter and Gerrards Cross area as well as online therapy for those who would prefer remote sessions.
Some people come to therapy with a specific issue such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties or low self-esteem. Others come with a more general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unlike themselves. Wherever you are starting from, therapy can offer a supportive space to make sense of what is going on and begin moving forward.
If you are thinking about starting therapy and would like to see whether I may be the right fit for you, you are very welcome to get in touch.
