My Journey

profile picture3.jpg

My counselling journey began with a deep curiosity about human behaviour and a heartfelt passion for supporting others as they navigate life's complexities and challenges. I hold BACP-accredited qualifications in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. With extensive experience working with clients dealing with relationship difficulties, domestic and emotional abuse, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), grief, anxiety, trauma, and mental health issues, I have cultivated a therapeutic approach that is compassionate, empathetic and non-judgemental.

At A Voice in the Dark Therapy, I believe in creating a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to support you in finding your path to healing and growth, enpowering you to build resilience and find your own voice in the darkness.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I value the therapeutic relationship and strive to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
