About

profile picture3.jpg

Many people come to therapy feeling they should be coping better than they are. Often, they have spent years putting others first while feeling quietly overwhelmed inside.

Im Fiona, an integrative therapist offering a calm, reflective space to explore these patterns and understand how past experiences continue to shape the present.

My counselling journey began with a deep curiosity about human behaviour and a heartfelt passion for supporting others as they navigate life's complexities and challenges.

I hold BACP-accredited qualifications in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. With extensive experience working with clients dealing with relationship difficulties, domestic and emotional abuse, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), grief, anxiety, trauma, and mental health issues, I have cultivated a therapeutic approach that is compassionate, empathetic and non-judgemental.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I value the therapeutic relationship and strive to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
