Working Together
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so it can be helpful to know a little about how sessions work before you begin.
I offer a calm, confidential and supportive space where we can explore whatever is going on for you at a pace that feels right. You do not need to have everything worked out before starting, and there is no pressure to explain yourself perfectly.
Many of the people I work with are used to coping on the outside while quietly struggling underneath. Therapy can offer space to slow down, reflect and begin to understand yourself more clearly.
Session Options and Fees
Individual Therapy
50 minute session
£65
A 50-minute session offering a calm, confidential space to talk things through at your own pace. This option works well for regular, ongoing support.
Extended Individual Therapy
90 minute session
£90
A longer 90-minute session for when you’d like more time to explore things in depth. This can be helpful if you have more you’d like to work through in one session.
What to Expect
I offer counselling using an integrative approach, with person-centred therapy at the core. This means the work is shaped around your needs, your experiences and what feels most important to bring.
Some people come to therapy with a clear issue such as anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship difficulties or low self-esteem. Others come with a more general sense of feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unlike themselves. Both are okay.
I offer face-to-face counselling in Uxbridge, Gerrards Cross, Chalfont St Peter and across the wider Hillingdon area and online therapy for adults.
