Sunset

Fiona's Approach

Fiona uses an integrative approach to therapy, with person-centred at it's heart. This means she will create a safe, empathetic space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Drawing on person-centred principles, along with insights from psychodynamic therapy to understand patterns and relationships, and solution-focused techniques to build on your strengths and find practical steps forward- her aim is to support your journey towards healing and growth in a way that is compassionate and respectful to you.

Relationship Healing

Integrative therapy can significantly benefit those struggling with relationship issues. Becoming aware of your thought patterns and communication barriers, you can foster healthier connections with partners, family, and friends, leading to improved interactions and understanding in their personal relationships.
