Refund Policy

I understand life can be unpredictable sometimes, If you need to cancel a session, please let me know as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that  A Voice in the Dark Therapy operates a 48-hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel an appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, you won't be charged and I will try my best to find an alternative date and time that works for you. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged in full due to limited availability to fill the spot otherwise. In cases of genuine emergency, I may consider waiving fees. If in the unlikely event I need to cancel a session, I will do everything I can to offer you an alternative session or you will be refunded in full.
