​ A Voice in the Dark Therapy Terms and Conditions

1. Confidentiality: In the darkness of therapy, trust is paramount. Sessions with A Voice in the Dark Therapy are confidential. Client information is stored securely. Confidentiality may be broken if there's a risk of harm to self or others.

 

2. Sessions and Cancellations: In each session (50 minutes) we explore your path to healing. Clients will be charged for missed sessions unless cancelled with 48 hours' notice.

3. Payment: Fees for therapy sessions with A Voice in the Dark are £65. Payment is due at least 48 hours beforehand.

4. Complaints: If you have concerns about your therapy journey with A Voice in the Dark, please speak to your therapist.

5. Therapeutic Relationship: In the voice of darkness, we co-create a space for healing. Therapy is a collaborative process. Clients are encouraged to engage openly.

6. Data Protection: Client data is handled according to UK GDPR and BACP guidelines, ensuring safety in all sessions.
